Engine & Accessory, Inc. reserves the right to refuse refunds or returns that do not meet the criteria above. We are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party shipping carriers, unforeseen supply chain issues, or miscommunication from the customer.

At Engine & Accessory, Inc., we are committed to providing quality products, custom-built trucks, and exceptional service to our customers. Due to the specialized nature of our work, all sales and custom orders are subject to the following refund terms:

Custom Orders & Truck Builds:

All custom truck orders and chassis builds are non-refundable once production has begun. A signed agreement and deposit are required before manufacturing starts. If cancellation occurs prior to production, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, less administrative and engineering fees.

Parts Orders (If Applicable)

Refunds or exchanges on parts are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible:

• Items must be unused and in original condition

• Return request must be made within 7 days of receipt

• Restocking fees may apply

Deposits & Service Cancellations

Deposits for service or fabrication work are generally non-refundable unless cancellation is made within 24 hours of scheduling and work has not yet begun. If work has started, labor and materials used will be deducted from any potential refund.
